What's in YOUR wall bag?

For those of you who use the wall bag, what do you have in yours? The one I purchased originally had about 16 pounds worth of metal BBs, but I went out and bought 5 or 6 bags (can't recall how many) of Mung Beans at some oriental supermarket ($0.59 a bag! A regular grocery store was asking $4 a bag!) and put them in my bag and put the metal BBs in 2 large cups. So I use mung beans, because the bag is lighter, softer, and the mung beans help with the hands.

So what do you put in your bag?

rice. it's too easy now. but i don't use it much since i've moved on from my wing chun days.

i still play with it occationally.
