A few months ago I was surfing the net and came across an hour long documentary on Praying Mantis.
It was being broadcast on Animal Planet and showed footage of live Praying Manti? moving around and then Kung fu people explaining the movements. It was way cool. I only caught the last 15 minutes of it though and have never seen it on again. Anyone else see it, and do you know where I might get a copy of it?
