Wang Te Cheng of Yi Quan

Good part:

I was doing a search on I Ching and accidentely ended up finding a Yi Quan brazilian site.
I was surprised to find out that there is Yi Quan here.

So the teacher is Wang Te Cheng, he came here in 1986 and i was wondering if any of you international people know him.
