Can anyone summarize the major difference/s between the 4 major Southern Praying Mantis styles...1.) Chu Gar 2.)Chow Gar 3.)Iron Ox 4.)Bamboo Forest?

Chu Gar is the first and true southern praying mantis, later you have chow gar and others. Chu Gar is a very powerful system and it's one of four major southern kungfu like Wing Chun, Lung Ying, Bak Mei. These four styles are called southern short range combat kungfu. Chu Gar was created by a Ming Royal family member, she's a female, her named Chu Ah Nam.
