What is 6 Elbows?

Not long ago
In the dynasty of Ching
Ng Wing Cho learned a wondrous thing
For he'd healed the uncle of the emporor they say
with a brew made from bile and some strange tangerine.

Now the uncle said "Cho, what is your price?"
And Cho, don't you know,
chose to protect his life.
So the emporer's uncle brought his bodyguard over
and said "Ng Wing Cho, you crazy old rover
my guard will show
and you will see
and you will know
the fists of Mi
Chuan!"

Ng Wing Cho was a serious student
and never once did he appear impudent
and he learned mi chuan,
the four hands and the six elbows
and other things liked
by like-minded fellows
and eventually he mastered the system, you see,
and to all his children he called it
Tai Hui.

Now his son learned,
and his son's son past him,
but the love of one son for tai hui grew dim,
so his father, the kung fu man Ng Shui Bor
Listened to some kids who wanted to learn even more
and taught them each,
and so the reach
of tai hui
you see,
extended past his family!

One of those boys, his name Kong Chi Wah
learned all his lessons
and saw all he saw
and later he taught a man, Chun Man Sit
whose sticky hands soon were as fierce
as a hungry old tiger in a pit
and his fingers could pierce
through any old guard
and he came to America
and sent Chi Wah a card
and taught Mikey Rayas
and then, you can see,
that that Mikey Rayas
is who teaches me.

Its internal
close range
and very compact.
Its elbows
and power
are great for attack.
Its hsing yi for power
its pa kua for speed
and if you like throwing
its smashing indeed!

JWT, mark what one man said
"Woe to the man who hijacks Badger's thread!"

OK, I will say something
make of it what you will
cancer of the pancreas
is no real thrill
but cancer of the colon
not that you asked
but that is the cancer
that's a pain in the ass
No six elbows man wants it
so to keep myself OK
I eat three bowls of shredded wheat
and prunes so pureed.

But back to six elbows,
we love to foot trap,
then topple our opponent
with our upper body mack
there's twisting power and shaking
there's open hand and fists
there's more throws than chin na:
and chi sau
and how
its so hard to resist.
