Are the Yip Man Sup Baat San Sao found in the books called Secret Techniques of Wing Chun By K.T. Chao and John Weakland ?

Great series by Chao and Weakland. Dont judge a book by it's cover or poor production by the publishing house. There are some applications shown in addition to the forms.
Dont remember a specific answer to your question.
Chao indeed had beena private student of Yip Man. The publisher
sure didnt do justice to Chao'smaterials. In contrast some bad books on wing chun are slickly produced and marketed.

The only gripe I have about the Wakeland books is that they don't use the chinese names for things, they use english terms like "arrow punch" etc.

Chinese names can be useful but they can also vary in usage and details of meaning. One lineages fak can be someone elses fan!!

No, the Saam Baat san sao are not found in any books. at least in those you mentioned. But good luck trying to find them.
