WANTED: movies/streaming video

Does anybody out there know where i can download free forms demonstrations and/or movies.

System/style is not important but i am inclined more towards traditional arts. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Depends what style you'd like. The wushu of course is not "traditional" but I'm sure you'd enjoy them for entertainment value.
Which Chow Ka (is that the Sth praying mantis variety or the CLF/Hung gar variety) do you practice.

i've already got some movies from the wushu site. the wife was happy as there was one of bung bo!

i will check out the other sites also and have a gander.

as to you question i study Chow Ka/ Jow Ga from Vietnamese roots.
