So I was doing some don chi sau with this girl who was skinny and fragile. I felt like I could exhale and she would fall over.

THe cHALLENGE WAS, I could barely feel her during the don chi sau! This must be a good thing right? Totally improve my sensitivity??

I think that it would. Just be sure that your position is still precise; use intent and not brute strength.
