It is a prefix and stands for "For Attention Of" - i.e. to address the thread to yourself.

But is IT true? I swear I heard it somewhere, but it was hard to believe. You know what it is. It's a very bad thing.

The problem is that I'm unsure. I used to have a lot of respect for him - his interests, viewpoints, similar views on equal rights and respect for women - but now I don't know.

I could never imagine him as one of them, but I swear I've heard someone say it. They're so idiotic and stupid. So creepy like little rats. He could never be one surely.
