Hi Suvarov,
Two Excellent traditional schools I know of...
Hung Luck Kung Fu Club (Do Pi / Toisan Choy Lee Fut - both close / related to Hung Gar) - Sifu Paul Chan, 548 Dundas (596-8581)- they've been teaching since the beginning of time. The TV show "Kung-Fu" uses the school as a set once in a while.
Dragon Sign Kung Fu Association (newly opened) - am trying to find address for - can forward if you want.
Good Luck! kevin

I'll second the recommendation for Hong Luck.
Mind you, Si-Gung Paul Chan is the cousing of my own Si-Gung Yin Wah Chan... I guess I am a little biased ;)

winnipeg dragon.. ask your sigung if he has heard of sifu sam wong. he gave a demonstration in 63 or 64 at the opening of a gungfu club on spidina maybe hung luck, he drilled a hole in a brick with his index finger in front of about 150 people it was a fire brick and they are very hard. this was a great demo of internal strength.
