Two fold question:

First off, does anybody have the no lick kuen set? (I'm not sure if I spelled it right..) I just finished getting all the counts to the set, and was told that if I do at least ten reps a day under tension for six months, I should become much stronger. Does anyone here have experience with that?

And also, I have a question about low stances, specifically a low fifth stance (bow&arrow). In the set I'm learning now, we have a rooster hop, and then move to a low right fifth, but it really hurts my hips. Is there anyway to get my stances lower and/or increase flexibility in my hips?
