This is what a good friend does for a workout. Not having alot of weights he took 2 5lb. potatoe sacks and held them in his hands with arms outstretched for 30 seconds. He was eventually able to graduate to ten pound sacks and is currently up to 50lb. sacks! Although he advises being careful about actually putting potatoes in the sacks at this point...

Ha ha! Sorry, I'm bored right now. I gotta quit posting before I really embarass myself...
