Fu Jao of course is the tiger
Chuin Nau, Poon Kiu, Chum Kiu are considered the crane
Seung Bai Fat is the dragon
Tsop, yum tsop, Cherng Nang Choy are all panther
That double slap down followed by the finger jab is the snake,

according to Tat Mau Wong. I wouldn't really worry too much about it, tho. Just about all these movements (except for the dragon and snake) are in all the other CLF forms.

A question for the Lee Koon Hung folks:
I noticed Tat Mau Wong has a seperate Crane Form. Does your school have separate forms for all 5 different animals? It's not a big deal, I'm just curious.

Besides the 5-animal form the Lee Koon Hung lineage has the following:

Hok Ying Kuen - Crane Form
Fu Ying Kuen - Tiger Form
Fu Pow Kuen - Tiger/Panther Form
