Good question. Not to worry. An avatar returns again and again.
When one disappears people notice more and await its return=
like a Returning Hand-there has got to be one somewhere.

Maybe they decided to change their minds and not allow Avatars back. Who knows, if you can't control something what do you do with it?....LOL...Joking Sandman!!!

"Hang down your head dear avatar,
hang dow your head and cry
Given the censor's scissor
poor boy you surely will die
This time tomorrow, there I'll be
No humor in a censor's baggage
I'll be Hanging from that old oak tree"

You can say that again!!!

Now they are censoring a Grand Masters (Moy Yat) artistic expression. A sad day for all.

"In its multipoint to multipoint structure, cyberspace
allows for non-linear, non- hierarchical (2) access to a dizzying
number of sources of information around the world. One of the
central characteristics of the "net" is that it is a powerful
challenge to the "information economy". Once users are provided
with access, from an institution or a "Freenet", for example,
they are provided with a wealth of valuable information and long-
distance communications at no personal cost. Cyberspace enriches
itself with its "constituents" who contribute information as a
means of improving the computer network in which they have
invested time and energy. The computer network has a unique
"sharing" quality of reciprocity which is radically different
from conventional forms of communications. (Rheingold, 1992: 9)"

Wow, a lot has changed since 1994. Or maybe Ms Kealey neglected to consider the concept of Biased Internet Goalie.
