I copied this from one of the other forums.

I'm not depressed, (depression is agression turned inwards, and I prefer to hate everyone else), but I still wanted to say that Hospice is a great organization.

If you have a chance to volunteer, or to donate to Hospice, I highly encourage you to do so. You will get allot out of the experience and it's an invaluable service to people who really need it.

Agree 100% on your kudos to Hospice. Recently my mom went under hospice care, really great organization. She was given less than two weeks, but the caring folks from hospice waited on her hand and foot, nursed her to better health. Three months later, she answers the phone when I call. Donate to this worthy cause.

As for depression, excluding clinical, take the person on a visit to an intensive care unit and look at the poor souls with tubes coming out of every orifice of their body. Makes ya feel lucky you have it so good.
