Suggestions, tips, comments on bringing your weak (right or left) side upto par with your strong side.

My left arm and shoulder is noticably weaker then my right. Sometimes I swear my right arm looks bigger then my left arm, and other times Im not so sure. I know theres supposeto be horemones that regulate growth so that your not _too_ lopsided, but they probably arent on shift 24/7.......

I dunno, help.

Some of it might be mental. I have been thinking that one of my arms looked bigger than the other for the longest time, but I measured them with a tape measure the other day and they are exactly the same.

There is a simple method for getting your symmetry strength back.
start using dumbells for curls, shoulders and chest. Only goes as heavy as your weakest part will let you. Do this the same for reps.

Hence, your only as strong as your weakest link!

This may be awkward knowing you can do more weight but sooner or later one side will catch up to the other.
