i won all 3, easily. ahh, the power of training and having strong yet fast arms. meh. but i ended up damaging a tendon, and 2 days later i still cannot grip anything, or work out. i can either squeez really tight, or not at all. :(

it was basicaly anything goes except hair pulling, biting, throat shots, and anywhere you hit expect for that person to hit you there... ahh, behold the power of groin shots.. :) and i am getting it checked, i would hate to have permenately damaged this piece of crap... it is at that, but i love it.
