Ok a while back, I was taking a class which included two different sets: Monk fist(Lohan fist
I presume) and something called Heaven's gate(No, no not related to that creepy cult where everyone committed suicide and everyone wore their adidas!)
Anyways, can someone shed some light as to where these two sets of forms came from? If it's any help, Heaven's gate is rather fast and explosive,
resembling that of LongFist routine in Wushu. Monk fist, I assume, might be a southern style derivative(maybe from Hung Gar).
Thanks, I'm very new to this forum.

There is a Monk Fist set in Bai He Quan (Fujian White Crane)

It would be alot easier to name the styles that DON'T have a "Lohan Kuen"...
