Hello!
How many of you have experiance with plum flower posts in your Bak Mai training?
What type of set up do you use ie. 4 station,5 station, 9 station or something different?
several years back I spent a week in China with
Tung Moon. While there I met a Bak Mai instructor named (Wong Shui ?) that had some of his students doing work on 5 station poles and am curious as to the origins of this. Is it Bak Mai or was he teaching from a different style. I am told that he was/is also a skilled Chu Ga Practitioner.
