Is he any good? He teaches Wing Chun in London near me and I hope to try out his lessons next week?

Any thoughts on him appreciated.

Need more info than that for a list reference I would think.
Better off -finding out who he learned from, for how long--- and then visit a class, compare with other teachers, ask knowledgeable kung fu people in your area.. The search for a good kung fu teacher is part of a kung fu journey. There is enough of issues about quality control in the first generation after Yip Man... its even more problematical with the spreading of wing chun in subsequent generations, IMO of course.
