I'd have to say to go with a lighter color blue for the font. Dark blue w/ black background is kind of hard on the eyes (well, at least my eyes).

You might want to consider adding

target=_blank

with-in the tags(carrots...>) that contain the URL for your outgoing links... this way a new window will open when someone clicks the lionk & your web-page will still be there...

I'm asumeing your cooooool was an indication that you would want the animations?

stumble - i haven't a clue as to why you can't get to the site other than you are behind a firewall where you are and your admin is blocking a whole lot of stuff like flash, or javascript, or certain metadata, etc etc.
