Does anyone know of the Chinese equivalent of these words? Are the concepts utilized much in anyone's cma? How do you think these concepts are related to wherever you look when you're training? Or when you are fighting? I'll come back with some ideas when I have time...

Well, I think to get an answer we need to define these terms in english.

Zanshin is focus. For example somebody attacks you from in front, you focus your will ahead of you, then someone attacks from the back, you shift your will to focus behind you. Forms can be good for training zanshin, and weapons too.

Mushin is the state of no-mind, where you make no concious decisions and allow you instincts to guide you.

Look into the concept of sung/song maybe, for mushin.

we also use the concepts of jeet-intercept, and chon-penetrate, and yi-intent-using these mentally, spiritually, as well as simply concepts of timing.
