the real reason it is the first is it was made in 47, it is a mixedmartialart, exactly what you would see in a ufc, but it has 50 years of making students, so it is traditional, in respects thier is many mma out now but how systematic is there teaching, but in the context of what you described as your trianing program in that old thread, the thinking wich led you to choose you methods, wich is based on jkd concepts, this art is the first as bruce was just a pup when it started, call em tellem i said that:)
