Starts off with you and you partner squared off
You throw a Jab, Cross, front inside thigh kick

he lifts his leg and throws a right hook counter

Use a tight shoulder cover

now off that shoot down and do a lunging double-leg pickup carrying the person a few steps

switch back-n-fourth a couple times

Now back to the beginning

When you get to the shot now have your partner work on sprawls
(Good sprawl we use is over hook the close arm and cross face the oppenet to force him to look away stopping his drive)

Now back to the beginning

Now as you shoot the guy catches you in a guillotine so readjust you hip scoop inside his thigh you head is on and lift

Now back to the begining and leave out the shot

the partner throws the hook and you overhook it putting your head close to their chin and putting you other arm out to protect

The partner then throws another hook sweep across and over hook it and go to the same position

Now he reaches up throw for a neck tie

Grab his wrist as it comes up through swing your elbow through close to his face and place it up tight underneather his shoulder while holding onto the wrist

Now have the partner throw another hook

Overhook once again but this time flow into a rolling kneebar

while holding onto the overhook apply the kneebar (tap for practice)

now let him block it

the leg that is between his should then cut across placing the knee on the floor but the foot staying cut across his thigh (preventing him from turning in)

Now take you opposite knee across that one while still touching the other one and sit up as you do this right into knee on belly

Show some strikes from here then have him push on your knee with his opposite arm

Scoop through the arm with the closest arm stepping over the head and placing your shin against his ribs as you fall back for a straight armbar

Da.mn Bro, that's a loooonnnng drill!!!! :D

Try these 2 quickies:

Guard drill. One person is on their back, the other has both arms clasped around the first person's knees. Guy on the bottom fights for guard. Guy on top fights for cross mount. Go until one guy "wins"

Stand Up drill. Start standing. All throws and takedowns are legal. Pulling guard is legal too. Trick is, if you pull guard you have 5 seconds to sweep. Whoever gets top position wins.
