Does anyone keep a training diary?
Has it helped organise your thoughts in any way?

This topic was exhaustively covered just recently. Try doing a search and you'll probably find it.

Maybe I'm not doing it right but neither Journal nor Diary bring up shi.t.
Well, journal brings up a load of irrelevant stuff

You're right. I tried a search and came up with zilch, too. Maybe it got erased by the mods? But, I wouldn't know why. Hm.

Yeah dude I got one. It's on Excel. At least, that one is for my weight lifting. I've been thinking about starting another one for MA stuff.

Since I started training other people I had to start writing a diary, cause I got about twenty other programmes running around inside my head.
:D
My gains are actually better now, as I know what to try to go for each time I train, rather than guessing based on my last workout.
Peace
