choy lay fut traditions

i heard about the choy lay fut's traditions of altar in every kwoon , but there is more traditions that must have a school . there is a special salute before start a class ?

In the Chan Family CLF we have three different salutations:

1. A bow when entering a gwoon (like in every other MA)
2. Gu Gung - Paying respect for the former masters
3. Gim Lai - A salutation to masters, brothers and sisters (other trainers)

These are done in the beginning and end of a class.
