I guess this is sort of an obvious one. I'm naturally rather flexible, so I decided to try and do splits just for the hell of it. I'm a newish kf student and kicks and so forth seem to be sort of not enjoying high public opinion, but I figuered what the hell. I can't do a van damme type split, but I can do one where the back foot is parrelel to the ground and the front foot is straight up. At night I grab behind my front ankle/ heel and gradually pull back to where my toe is touching the pillow while keeping the other as flat on the bed as possible. I find that about a minute after I do this I am out like a light more often than not. Even in the middle of the day sometimes. my kicks have improved drasticly as well:D
