I saw this on another forum.

http://b_movie.tripod.com/hwgdami.htm

I seem to be "fit" in most things. Some higher, others lower.

What are you?

i bet ironfist has a smug smile on his face now... lol. at least one of us is fit. i guess it depends a lot on how many years you've put into doing those exercises, your age, body build etc.

inic, if done properly, deadlift is one of the best back exercises there is. Squat will also benefit your back if done properly. Actually, both of those work the lower back very well, but not really the lat area. DL works traps a bit, too.

To make you guys feel better, my mile time sucks ass. I haven't run the mile since 11th grade gym class and my time was horrible. Although I am skinny, I can't run for crap :)

Oh yeah, there's really no reason to do ALL of the exercises there on a regular basis. The list is just large so you can check where you fit in with a wide variety of exercises.

I dont do weights at all. only 2 exercises for my biceps and thats it!

The only bicep exercises I do is pullups, unless you count the gripping part of deadlifting.

Ford, beats me. It's kind of a big jump from one level to the next.

I dunno.
