Would this Thursday be a good day to come by to start training with you guys? I've been swamped at work, huge project i'm finishing up, but should be free by thursday night. I'll certainly need all that cardio workout you and Jason suggested just to get my ass back in shape, havent been training too hard since NYKK a few weeks back, been spending way to much time here at work. But I'm ready to get serious about training again and will arrange my schedule around it. I'll shoot you an email.
