Apparently it was created by Ark Yuey Wong, but I'm trying to figure out if that's so.
It is a very basic Shaolin form, and mimics some of the Karate/Tae Kwon Do forms I used to do, before I became CMA. Well, it doesn't MIMIC them so much, but it certainly looks like a basic punch and turn form.
Anyone out there know of this form, and whence it came? Does it have a Chinese name?
