the MPEG works, but it takes a while to load :) Maybe you can compress it more or edit it etc.?

That site was for nothing special but I was just seeing how hard it is to make a web site. That crappy video you saw was just me playing about with a video camera.

I am giving a short Interview to my Sifu about Wing Chun for a short documentary. Am thinking of making a website to go with it.

A good thing to do is to think about the 'average user' who will have a home connection, not one like i have here at University. Maybe a 56k or less... then try and get it so the video doesn't take too long to load :)
