I know this is a very old message, but I was curious what you guys were talking about? Since one of you mentioned Doc Fai Wong then I guess it is the Ng Lung Ma part of Choy Lay Fut.

Well I just like to mention that I also practiced Choy Lay Fut and had found Doc Fai Wong's version to be slightly different. So if you are looking for a specific version of Ng Lung Ma then perhaps it might not be the one.
