THE INTERNATIONAL MARTIAL ARTS WEEKENDER FOR ALL THE FAMILY!
October 19th, 20th & 21st, 2001
The Butoryu International Crane-Fist Gathering is aimed at ALL martial artists irrespective of grade, style or association. The event is OPEN and partners and families are most welcome.
We are a non-profit organisation. Our events have achieved wide acclaim for the friendliness and dedication to the promotion of martial arts relations.
With many of us having limited holiday/vacation time, a weekend break with many social functions AND world-class martial art tuition - is an opportunity NOT to be missed! As you arrive to check-in on the Friday afternoon or evening, you'll notice that a special 'Welcoming Reception Party' has been organised to enable you to meet the masters, the teachers, and of course, fellow participants venue. There will also be a traditional 'Sake Opening Ceremony ' to commemorate the start of the event.
Saturday morning will commence with the 'Opening Ceremony' and formal introductions. Training will then take place After a break for lunch, training recommences and continues through until the early evening. Later, participants and their partners/families are invited to a 'Live Band Party' featuring “Sistars 3” were the aim is enjoy the evening and make new friends.
On the Sunday morning, the action will commence early to allow for the morning's training and will continue until the 'Closing Ceremony' and presentation of the 'limited edition course certificates' - plus - award the 'Student of the Course' prizes.
International visitors will obviously wish to stay longer than just the weekend of the event.

The White Crane-Fist Gathering is open to all who have an interest in sharing their knowledge and experiences with this art in an open, respectful and friendly environment!
Everyone who has an interest in the White Crane-Fist of China and Okinawa is invited to attend and to share of their experiences and knowledge of this fascinating form of martial arts. We also invite you to teach a small session on your martial arts. We are an open and friendly group pf people who want to share in and promote the martial arts.
Free accommodation will be available to all those who seek it.
