Hi,

After the recent post of Ground Fighting I started looking at the web sites mentioned and researching on the internet. I was wondering if anyone could recommend any other good websites outlining techniques used in BJJ or any other informative ground fighting sites.

http://www.geocities.com/josephgarza/archives
http://www.teammaa.com/Technique/
http://www.michaeldorio.com/gracie/
http://www.royharris.com/techniques/bjj/index.htm

Thanking you in advance for any help,

Best regards,

NPMantis

Try this site.-ED

Also, you may want to check out the new army h2h manual it contains BJJ techniques to defend against strikes, quick and easy submissions and so on. I made a thread on it a few months ago.

Thanks a lot, I am looking through those, I have also found this good site if anyone is interested:

By the way Ralek, did you say you learnt BJJ from a CD-Rom? If so which one.

Thanks.

I was looking at it, can you really learn much more than is available for free on the web though?

Thanks!
