Okay, if Chiu Kwok Keung is my sifu, this would make Chiu Wai my si gung correct?? And if this is correct, Chiu Kao would be my tai si gung right?? Then I have no idea what goes on from there. Any help would be appreciated.

It doesn't really matter, so long as you know who each person is, and so long as you can explain it to someone. example, Lam Sai Wing was the master of Chiu Kao, and Chiu Kao is the grandmaster of your sifu.

In Chinese, it can get repetitive and boring like in English... great-great-great-great-grandmaster... and so on.

WuMan,

You're such a brown nose SOB! You can't get away from paying your Kung Fu fees by sneaking up to your seniors and giving them fancy names and sh1t.

If your seniors twist your arm, try calling them uncle. Unless if I'm the one twisting your arm, you'll address me as Mistress.

Submit to me. I know you want to.
