... and are you happy with it?

I need to replace my body sometime (it's developing a lot of cracks) and I'm not about to build another one.

What's the best construction, best wood, most accurate etc.
Also does anyone know if bodies can be bought stand-alone. I already have arms and a leg.

I have 3. My first one was chiselled by Fong back in 76. Number two was made by Koo Sang. Number 3 -my best one custom made by my student Dave Lidell- who hasa site next to mine. We are NOT partners though I recommend his workmanship and knowledge of materials.
