Hi,

There's nothing "official", in that different WCK people use different terms for the same thing at times, and sometimes regional (Foshan, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, etc.) pronounciation or slang can exist.

For the elbow in Biu Jee, the most common I've heard are Kup (Covering) Jarn and Kwai (Kneeling) Elbow.
