#1 Should I run everyday, even when I'm sore from the day before or should I recover first? Or should I do this only on days that I don't lift?

#2 Does anyone know about mixing carbohydrates with protiens? Harvey Diamond who wrote "fit for life" says they require different stomach acids to digest that counteract each other and slow down the process. Know of any research or have any personal experience with this?

run every 2 days to give ur legs a rest... and run at least 30 min when u do run. try to do interval training. like every 3 min or so, sprint for 30-40 sec, then back to jogging until the next marker

never ever use an overexcercised muscles two days in a row. Muscles take typically about 48hrs to regenerate and heal themselves. Thus you should never work on the same muscle between 48hr breaks.

i.e give yourself atleast 48hrs before you ex the same muscle again.
