Hey there,

The only suggestion I have is to make the clips of the form brighter so we can see what you are doing better-and maybe some slow motion clips to see the energy transfer into the dummy. Other than that, it looks good and makes sense.

P.S. What kind of camera/editing software are you using? I'm a videographer and am always interested in technical stuff.

Thanks.

That was a small sample of what I am working on. That clip hasn't been fully edited yet but gives a taste of whats to come.

As for the equipment that I used:

A Canon XL1
Partly done on Premiere 6
mostly done Final Cut Pro 3

Looks good! I think Shadowboxer was right, a littel lighter on the wooden dumby clips.
Aslo, just an observation, but most of the time your head was down when you were doing the form. We get yelled at for this! Anyway, could be different in your school/class/lineage........Looks cool though, cant wait to see some more!

Looks good so far. How long did that take to edit and put together?

And what is that monkey going around the border of the page?

That piece taken about half an hour but I have improved on it since then. Ive already finished two other parts and are looking for somewhere else to upload the clips.

That monkey appeared by accident and now I can't get the **** thing off!

Cool...I use Premiere 6.0 as well and will be getting the XL-1 very soon!! Have you ever tried Media Cleaner 5.1 from Discreet? The EZ version comes with Premiere 6.0, but the full version really encodes/cleans up video nicely.

Hi

If you are getting an XL1 I would advise you spend a little more on one with a LCD screen if you can afford it. Unless you plan to shoot with using monitors.

What kind of work do you do?
