May 25 - for those new to martial arts training or as a refresher. Covers
basic internal exercises, theory, and Xing Yi 5 element fists.
May 26, 27 - for intermediate to advanced martial artists. Covers
applications of 5 element fists, partner drills and Xing Yi two-person
routines.

Give the number a call. It's cheaper if you pay before May 13, I beleive.

I for one am stoked, I find this gentleman's material to be very impressive.
