Ok I have a calcium deposit on my shin and I tried so dit di jow on it but it doesn't seem to be going away. Anyone have any idea's on what I should do? Should I go to a doctor, or is there some herbal antidote? Also whenever someone gets a lump or something on their arm or leg my teacher rolls it out until it is flat, is this good? Thanks for the help =).
