What are your alls thoughts on Tracy's Kenpo? What is the curriculum like, is it effective etc etc?
How similar is it to Ed Parker's American Kenpo? I know Al Tracy studied under Parker but how closely has he stayed to the teachings or has more stuff been added or stuff been deleted?
What kinds of weapons do they use?
I have no clue what it is like and was just curious.
