Corn oil Vs. Olive oil.

I, heard the Olive oil can reduced your fat it is true ?.
Which one is the best for you Olive oil or Cord oil ?.
Corn oil is calestrol free but it collect the fat from every food is it true.

yeh, olive oil way better, i cook with it. great for skin and hair
