Has anybody read his Mastery of hand strength? Is it worth buying?
I've got the COC trainer and am looking into ordering the #1.
Has anybody got any other appratus for grip strength or exercises that could benefit martial art?

I got John Brookfields book a month or so ago and it's a really good investment. It has tons of grip exercises you can do for all different types of grips with pretty inexpensive stuff. He also breaks down grip exercises by which sport they would be best for and gives you routines and whatnot. All in all, an excellent investment. I also invested in the Ivanko Supergripper, here's a site for you to check it out....http://www.physics.mun.ca/~sstamp/knives/ivanko_gripper.html

Where would the book be located at the bookstore? MA? Mountain climbing? Fitness Health? etc.

I've only seen it at ironmind.com and on amazon.com.
If it is sold in stores I imagine the weight lifting section.
