Bagua question

Have any of you heard of, or have any knowledge of
Sifu Chao-Chi Liu who teaches T'ien Shen P'ai...If you don't have any info on Chao-Chi Liu can you give me any input on the T'ien Shen P'ai system.

Thank you, But I'm very much aware of where to post. I posted here as well as in the Taji/internal arts section because no one there answered my question, 82 views with no one responding.
