instructional videos

This has probably been a topic in the past but im new to the forum and would like some feedback.

What do you think of instructional videos and the growing numbers..is this good instruction or a good supplement with training!

As long as the content is good, I have no problem with it. I've seen instructional videos that were very, very good, and I've seen ones that were not very good at all.
