I have a background in pak hok pai. it consist of 8 long range punches and mongolian wrestling.

A very basic southern style like Choy ley fut. Very aggressive but leaves you quite open to cop a hit.

Pak Hok Pai was taught to the masses a a basic means of combat to rebels aganist the government.
