I think that if you go out and play sports 2-4 a week at least an hour each time, you will drop the weight and become more define. It has to be sports like Basketball, American Football, and/or Football/Soccer. You should also have to watch your diet.

What do you guys think?

yeah, you can drop weight that way. Many people substitute tradtional cardio for a sport they enjoy at least once a week. You won't necessarily get more defined though.
