What would u recommend for a Heavy Bag for someone my size?

I am about 5'4" 122lbs. I am going to be working out on the heavy bag 3 days a week, and maybe occasionally 4 times. I was wondering what weight bag I should get...?

I will be kicking + punching it in as many strikes as I am able to do. Also, are there certain styles of bag that are better/worse than others? i.e. I have a water/air hybrid bag now, but are the basic sand filled ones better?

Any help would be great. Also, please point me in the right direction to find the cheapest price. Thanks!

I already talked to you about this. I say get a leather bag or vinal sp? 140 pounds.

I don't think you need to bother with a specific weight. If it's hard for you to move, then go for it. I would pick a regular bag as opposed to a water bladdered one...I don't think they come as heavy as normal bags anyway. On the issue of vinyl vs. canvas, vinyl will be easier on your hands, but I don't have a problem with canvas.

I did fine with an 80 pound bag, even though it swings more than you might desire.
