Does anyone know where I can find/is willing to write a good introduction for me into Praying Mantis?

My background is in Wing Chun, I'm just interested in finding out a bit about PM (history, basic techniques, principles)

There are a number of websites by PM sifu's, from 7* PM to Taiji PM to 8 step PM. I would suggest performing a search for them. If you can't find any that way, just ask me and I give you some suggestion. Most all these site contain history, techniques and forms. Some have realtime video of forms.
